In connection with the current situation, which makes it necessary to hinder the spread of COVID-19 coronavirus in the country, we have changed something in our work. We assure you that we are doing everything so that banking services work continuously. For 26 years MTB BANK has been operating in the Ukrainian financial market and always fully fulfills obligations to customers and partners.

Temporary restrictions on the issuance and sale of US dollars to customers are related to the fact that air traffic has been suspended under quarantine. Previously, banks replenished cash in cash through transporting it from abroad by air. NBU assures that now this problem is already being solved and you just have to wait a bit.

MTB BANK continues to work and provide services to customers in full. We have everything necessary for this - more than 40 branches daily (excluding weekends) work throughout the country. In offices, constantly, every 2:00, all surfaces are cleaned with disinfectants. We control the queue distance and do not allow crowds. Due to the fact that part of enterprises and institutions, as well as retail chains in Ukraine, is completely closed and there will be no access to them, we temporarily stop the work of some branches located in them.

Temporarily will not work:

  • BORISPOLSK BRANCH OF PJSC "MTB BANK" №24 (cash desk), Kiyevskaya oblast, Borispol'skiy region, s. Gora, st. Borispol'-7 (MA «Borispol'»)

For payments, use our contactless cards, connect Google Pay / Apple Pay services - this is not only convenient, but also safe. We also offer to use remote service channels - the MTBplus mobile application and Internet banking.

Caring for each of our customers and the quality of the services provided is our top priority.
