MTB BANK invites you to participate in the First Forum for Compliance Officers

PJSC “MTB BANK” acts as a partner and sponsor of the First Annual Forum for Compliance Officers on September 22-24, 2021 in Odesa on the topic "Practical experience of implementing policies and procedures in the activities of banks".

The initiative to support the forum belongs to the Chairman of the Board of PJSC “MTB BANK” Yuri Kralov:

- I believe that conducting an honest, responsible business and establishing transparent relations with clients, partners, employees, counterparties, the public, especially in the banking sector, is impossible without the introduction of effective compliance control. Compliance is a significant part of our bank's corporate governance, and it is not only regulatory documents, rules, procedures and their implementation in work, it is a general compliance culture implemented by managers who understand their powers and responsibilities and adhere to high professional and ethical standards during performance of their duties and is supported by all employees. I am convinced that the effective operation of the compliance system in the bank, or in any other organization, primarily depends on the understanding and understanding of integrity by its managers and the promotion of this culture by their own examples. Therefore, we cannot be aloof from such an event and invite our colleagues to join the forum to discuss urgent issues related to the implementation of compliance procedures in banks.
