Dear customers, if you are the owners of current accounts and current accounts using payment cards of PJSC "MTB BANK" with no balance on the account and have not used them for 6 consecutive months since the last transaction, we inform you that the specified accounts are subject to closure in accordance with Part 2 of Article 1075 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and Clause 4.12. Section II of the Public Offer for the Conclusion of an Agreement on Comprehensive Banking Services for Individuals.

Dear customers, if you are the owners of current accounts using payment cards of PJSC "MTB BANK" for which there are no transactions on the account for 6 consecutive months since the last transaction, we inform you that the specified payment cards are subject to cancellation in accordance with Clause 3.4.4. Section III of the Public Offer for the Conclusion of an Agreement on Comprehensive Banking Services for Individuals.

To activate, we recommend performing any profitable or settlement transaction for any amount on such an account.
If the movement of funds on the account is not resumed, PJSC «MTB BANK» will consider that the Client has consented to the cancellation of the card in accordance with clause 4.13. Section II of the Public Offer for the Conclusion of an Agreement on Comprehensive Banking Services for Individuals.

From 04.07.2026, Clients who opened accounts using payment cards until 05.10.2020 to receive wages, as well as Clients who were served under the tariff package "Salary Card", will be transferred to the tariff package "Card for receiving payments (salary)".
