Shareholders of PJSC "MTB BANK" at an extraordinary general meeting held on July 13 unanimously approved the reorganization of PJSC “CB "Center" by merging it with PJSC "MTB BANK" under the simplified procedure.
The shareholders also approved the reorganization plan and its terms: the procedure should be completed before February 6, 2019.
