MTB BANK IS A PREMIUM PARTNER OF ODESSA CLASSICS

For several years, MTB BANK has been acting as a premium partner of the largest classical music festival in Ukraine - the ODESSA CLASSICS INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL. The 5th in succession, in 2019 the Festival will last 9 days - from June 1 up to June 9, and will introduce listeners to the highest demand and famous musicians of the modern classical scene.

This year the Festival was first included in European festival guides. For the first time in Ukraine, Zurich Chamber Orchestra (Zürcher Kammerorchester) will come to Ukraine to participate in ODESSA CLASSICS 2019 - a group that is in the TOP-5 of the best chamber orchestras in the world. ODESSA CLASSICS resident artist Daniel Hope, an outstanding British violinist, will take the festival stage twice. For the first time, the legendary cellist Mischa Maisky, the leading French pianist Cyprien Katzaris and the famous Italian pianist Pietro de Maria will come to Ukraine. By popular demand, the violinists Roby Lakatos (Hungary) and Michael Guttman (Belgium), cellist Jing Zhao (Belgium), those artists  attracted a capacity crowd at previous festivals, will re-perform (but with new programs) at the current Festival. The open-air concert within ODESSA CLASSICS 2019, like last year, will be held on the Potemkin Stairs. In 2018, the same concert gathered more than 10 thousand spectators.
